Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at 2:40PM The new Wolf Dual Fuel range is a multi-tasking machine: above, the fine control of dual-stacked sealed burners and true simmer at .36Mj, with the option of a grill, griddle, french top or teppanyaki, while below, the self-cleaning pyrolitic, dual-convection electric oven has two fans -- for perfect heat distribution -- four heating elements, and ten cooking modes.
Large enough to hold a 30kg roast, it has an ergonomic pivoting touch control panel that allows cooks to check the oven’s status without bending down. There are also eight top configurations available in widths of 914, 1219 and 1524mm.
