Leadership in Sustainability Prize

Entries opened Wednesday for the Australian Institute of Architects’ 2013 Leadership in Sustainability Prize to be awarded at the Australian Achievement in Architecture Awards in Canberra on 21 March, 2013. Recognising exceptional leadership and an outstanding contribution to the advancement of sustainability within the built environment, the prize is awarded to an individual or team for their architecture work, effective advocacy, education and/or community engagement.

‘Sustainability is fundamental to our industry, helping to ensure the success of built communities well in to the future, therefore it is vital that we continue to recognise leaders and trailblazers in this sphere,’ says Shelley Penn, National President of the Australian Institute of Architects.
